Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Cancellations to your reservation made with less than 14 days’ notice will be charged in full. Consecutive cancellations (twice or more in a row) will not be refunded or credited. Rescheduling with more than 7 days’ notice will not result in additional fees. Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice will incur additional 25% fee.

Where do I park?

Parking anxiety gets the best of all of us! At 56 Arbor street, there is street parking in front of the building. There is also a large parking lot in the back/towards the right side of the building if you were facing it.

The door is locked? How do we get in?

Before you appointment, you should receive text messages for the outside door code as well as my door code. WE DO NOT SHARE THE DOOR CODE PUBLICLY TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS SAFE.

Is there smoking allowed in the studio?

No. Please go outside to smoke. If caught smoking in the studio, you will be banned from booking the studio, and you card will be charged a damage fee. The building is not owned by Dark Horse Photography and this is the policy per Real Art Ways.

Do I need to bring lighting supplies?

We do have a C-Stand (no soft box or strobe included) and reflector to help with lighting. Any additional lighting needs will need to be brought by the photographer themselves.

Does booking here include a photographer?

Unfortunately, booking through this site is for photographers or creatives that want to use the studio. However, if you want to reach out, we can make recommendations of local photographers that can help create the vision you’re looking for!

Is the building wheel-chair accessible?

Yes! There are multiple ramps to get into the building!

Do I need to bring a speaker for music?

We’ve got you covered. We have a speaker that connects to bluetooth right in the studio! The speaker is named “Studio Boom” under bluetooth!

Is there water for my clients and myself?

We have a mini-fridge in the studio for just that! We always have a stock of cold water for your clients or fellow creatives. Help yourself!

Is there a bed in this studio?

Yes. We have a bed, couch, multiple chairs (including a peacock chair), a sitting stool, and a vanity you can sit at.
